Our Why
There is a clear and present breakdown within the community systems designed to provide support to our most vulnerable youth. This creates a ripple effect, leading to increased youth violence, higher rates of untreated mental and behavioral health issues, and increased incarceration rates—all of which profoundly impact community health and wellness.
We created Biles and Scher Consulting to address this breakdown. Our mission is to build thriving communities where all youth have access to the support and interventions they need to achieve successful life outcomes, regardless of their past experiences. By fostering outcome-based collaborative partnerships among youth-serving agencies, we aim to re-engage students and strengthen the systems that serve them.
